They honored their estimate. The movers came on Moving day and I wasn't quite ready and so they pitched in until we got it done. They delivered within a week and we're very attentive throughout.

4.75/5.0 Stars. I think they are one of the two best moving companies I've used. After multiple quotes, reading reviews, and checking with the BBB we decided the best mix of reputation and cost is Movers on the Way. One of the founders came to the home and looked through the house. All employees have been straight talking and easy to talk to. We stored our belongings in their warehouse for more than one year. Other than a dollar store bucket, some parts of my jointer (they offered to pay for the replacement parts) and a few furniture dings the contents arrived as packed. My only slight ding is they told me they have semis crossing the country several times a week and it would be their employees. The deliver team though good are from a local company and they are the ones that I believe broke my jointer.

I cannot overstate how pleased we were with the movers. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to deal with a broken elevator and a time mix-up at the apartment complex where my son was moving. They were flexible and understanding. I will certainly use the company for our family move.

The three-man team assigned to me were dedicated professionals with expertise in handling antiques, glass, woodwork, and furniture. They worked diligently, carefully disassembling and wrapping my furniture, then reassembling it in my new home. I was impressed by their meticulous care, as there was no damage to my belongings.
